At a workshop I attended years ago, I remember Joan Borysenko, Ph.D, distinguished author and expert in the field of mind/body connection, saying “It’s all OK in the end. If it’s not OK, it’s not the end.”

President Franklin D. Roosevelt put it another way, “When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on.”

In other words, don’t give up if your life is not the way you want it to be.

I believe both of these people ‘s wise words. No matter the circumstances, whether it be life transitions, relationships, work related issues, childhood trauma, or anything in between,  there are still options.
